Alumni Scholarships
Since 2000, our alumni have funded numerous scholarships to West High Graduates. For some time, the scholarship monies were presented on behalf of the Billings West High Alumni Association, a non-profit organization founded in 2000 by Julie Knebel Schopp, class of 1979. In 1999, the Association ceased to exist and a new organization called the West High Alumni Scholarship Trust was formed. The remainder of the funds in the Association account were donated to West High.

Beginning in spring, 2009, West High assumed the duty of advertising, selecting and presenting the scholarships.

This page is dedicated to those individuals who have and will receive scholarships both in the past from the BWHS Alumni Association (2000-2009) and from the newly formed (2009) Alumni Trust, which is entirely handled at West High School.

It is our hope that this scholarship will continue each year and that donations will be received each year from each of the classes holding reunions in previous summers.
